All arriving travelers who have visited Brazil, the UK, Denmark or South Africa within the last 10 days will be subject to a 14-day quarantine on arrival at locations selected by the local Turkish authorities. Travelers in quarantine will be given a mandatory PCR test on day 10 of their quarantine, if the result is negative the quarantine period will end.

You need to provide a negative PCR test result from within 72 hours of boarding the ship. If you do not have a valid test result will be forced to enter a period of quarantine upon arrival in the country.
Turkey cruise visa is not required for citizens of Philippines for a stay up to 1 day.

Check with your airline in case you have connecting flights overseas as part of your journey to Turkey. It may be the case that countries you pass through en route to your destination may require a separate transit visa. Please refer to visa requirements of the specific country.
